and conditions
 The
reservation is to be made on the booking form;
this must be completed, and returned with the correct deposit,
only the persons listed on the booking form will be entitled
to occupy the allotted accommodation. The deposit paid is accepted
as part payment and the balance of monies due is payable four
weeks prior to letting date.
Cancellation of the booking must
be made by the original hirer in writing, unless we fully re-let,
no payment received will refunded. We therefore recommend that
you arrange cancellation insurance to protect yourself.

The hirer
is responsible for any loss or damage to the cottage, and its
contents, and will be liable to pay the costs for any damage
caused during the letting period. An accidental damage charge
of £50
is payable with the balance due four weeks prior to the letting
period. This is refunded subject to satisfactory damage free
letting. The accommodation is available from 2pm on the day of
arrival, and we request that you vacate the cottage by 10am on
your day of departure. If this is likely to cause a problem to
you, please inform us as soon as possible, so that we can assist
you as best we can.
To assist our cleaner, may we ask that you leave the accommodation
clean, and in good order. |
